2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed |
1 cup beef broth |
3 cups butternut squash, cubed |
4 medium tomatoes, chopped |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
3/4 teaspoon dried marjoram |
3/4 teaspoon dried savory |
3 medium zucchini, cubed |
salt and pepper |
6 cups cooked polenta |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except zucchini, salt, pepper and polenta in a slow cooker. 2. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, adding zucchini during the last 45 minutes. 3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over polenta. |
