Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
1 cup beef broth
3 cups butternut squash, cubed
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
3/4 teaspoon dried savory
3 medium zucchini, cubed
salt and pepper
6 cups cooked polenta
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except zucchini, salt, pepper and polenta in a slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, adding zucchini during the last 45 minutes.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over polenta.
