this is a juicing recipe that i use during cold and flu season. it is a comforting and warm quick meal when you don't feel good. Ingredients:
2-3 garlic cloves |
1 kale leaf |
1 large tomato |
2 stalks celery |
1 collard leaf, chopped |
Directions:
1. wash kale, tomato and celery. 2. roll garlic in kale leaf, run through juicer with tomato and celery. 3. heat in saucepan with chopped collard. |
