1 large carrot |
1 large potato |
1 medium onion |
1 stalk celery |
3 (15 ounce) cans chicken broth |
2 (16 ounce) packages frozen mixed vegetables |
Directions:
1. Peel and dice the carrot, potato, and onion; chop celery. 2. Place the chopped vegetables into a pot and add the chicken broth. 3. Heat and bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. 4. Add the frozen mixed vegetables and simmer for another 10 minutes. |
