This is fabulous on english muffins or most any type toast. Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin |
1/2 cup honey |
1/4 cup molasses |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients. 2. Mix well. 3. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. 4. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until thickened. 5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 6. Serve. |
