Harvest Paella With Shrimp

This comes from the Harris Teeter grocery store flyer. I am guessing on the servings because it does not say. Nor does it say which size package of Rice Pilaf, so I chose the 6 oz. package in order to get the calories included in the count. I am putting it here for safe keeping and look forward to soon making it.
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups water
6 1/8 ounces , near east original rice pilaf
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
8 ounces medium shrimp, peeled and devined
1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup frozen peas
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 -2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Directions:
1. In a 3 quart saucepan, bring water just to a boil. Stir in rice, contents of the Spice Sack, olive oil, turmeric, and hot pepper sauce.
2. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 minutes.
3. Stir in shrimp. Cover and simmer 15 minutes more.
4. Stir in beans, peas, tomato and basil. Cook 5 more minutes until heated through.
