Fun bread. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
1 3/4 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ginger |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
3/4 cup pumpkin |
1/2 cup butter |
2 eggs |
3/4 cup nuts |
3/4 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Cream together butter and sugar. Add egs and spices. Mix well. 2. Add flour, salt, baking soda and pumpkin. Mix together. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. 3. Line cupcake tin with papers. Fill 1/2 to 3/4 full. Makes approximately 18 harvest loaves. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. |
