Ingredients:
3 cups beets, cooked |
3 tablespoons cornstarch |
1/4 cup water |
6 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 cup vinegar |
3 tablespoons butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, cornstarch, butter, water and vinegar. 2. Cook until smooth and thick. 3. Add beets. 4. Heat thoroughly and serve while hot. |
