Harissa spiced spaghetti with chick peas and kales Ingredients:
8 oz whole-wheat spaghetti, dry |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
2 cloves garlic |
5 cups kale |
12 oz chick peas |
3 tablespoons harissa |
3 pinches salt |
Directions:
1. Boil the whole wheat noodles according to the package. The thinner the noodle, the better. 2. Cook the finely chopped garlic in the olive oil. 3. Add the chopped kale and cook and the chick peas. Cook until the kale is just wilted. 4. Add the spaghetti and the harissa and heat through. 5. Salt to taste 6. Enjoy! |
