Simple, good and hot. Serve with Moroccan Cigars. Ingredients:
12 dried chili peppers |
4 cloves garlic |
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons cumin |
Directions:
1. Seed and slice peppers-soak in warm water for 30 min. 2. Drain and squeeze out excess liquid. 3. Place all ingredients in a blender and whirl until smooth. 4. Serve with Moroccan Cigars. |
