I make this sauce to top my Holiday Steamed Pudding Its a not so hard hard sauce....lol.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup butter, softened to room temp

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tablespoon cream

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

1. Cream all ingredients together and beat until fluffy.
2. It takes only a few minutes to make if butter is room temperature.
