Harby's Stuffed Squash in Tomato Sauce |

15 squash |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 lb ground chuck |
1 cup rice |
salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
cinnamon, to taste |
allspice |
Directions:
1. Wash& rinse rice and add the pepper, salt, cinnamon and all spice. 2. Mix with the raw meat. 3. Set aside. 4. Brush lightly to clean the outside of each squash and cut off tops. 5. Core squash, leaving a thin shell. 6. Rinse in salt and water. 7. Stuff 3/4 full with meat/rice mixture. 8. Place in pot side by side. 9. Cover 1/2 of pot with water. 10. Let boil. 11. Add tomato sauce. 12. Lower temperature to medium and cook until done. |
