I found this recipe in the PLCB Taste magazine and I am posting for safe keeping. It was originally from Raw in Philly. This is almost like a Bloody Mary with a Japanese twist. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon wasabi |
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce |
1 dash fresh lemon juice |
2 dashes worcestershire sauce |
2 ounces vodka |
1 ounce sake, ice cold |
tomato juice, to taste |
cucumber (for garnish) |
lemon (for garnish) |
lime (for garnish) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except tomato juice in a Tom Collins glass with ice and stir well. 2. Fill glass with tomato juice. 3. Garnish with cucumber, lemon and lime, if desired. |
