I found this recipe in the PLCB Taste magazine and I am posting for safe keeping. It was originally from Raw in Philly. This is almost like a Bloody Mary with a Japanese twist.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon wasabi
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
1 dash fresh lemon juice
2 dashes worcestershire sauce
2 ounces vodka
1 ounce sake, ice cold
tomato juice, to taste
cucumber (for garnish)
lemon (for garnish)
lime (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except tomato juice in a Tom Collins glass with ice and stir well.
2. Fill glass with tomato juice.
3. Garnish with cucumber, lemon and lime, if desired.
