Memories. This is an old recipe. It is delicious. Great for the holidays! Goes well with ham, chicken, and especially chicken salad. There is a popular restaurant that serves this with chicken salad. It is the most popular item on the menu. Ingredients:
1 small package cherry jello |
16 ounces pitted dark sweet cherries, drained |
16 ounces crushed pineapple, drained |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
1/2 cup coke |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, mix all together
2. Pour into a glass dish, lightly oiled mold, or lightly oiled bundt pan
3. Chill until serving time
4. YUMMY!
