I wasn't sure about this at first, but it wound up making a really light, delicious smoothie! You could easily reduce the cinnamon to 1/4 teaspoon, depending on your tastes.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
1 tsp honey
50 g banana (frozen)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
1. Blend ingredients together in blender until smooth.
