Ingredients:
7 ounce(s) container of plain lowfat greek yogurt |
1 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon(s) each salt/pepper |
2 large chicken breasts (bone in/out, skin on/off) |
1.5 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
nonstick spray |
2 tablespoon(s) tabasco or other hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Poke chicken everywhere with a fork. 3. Mix yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper. 4. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 4 hours. The longer the chicken marinates, the more flavor it will have, so marinating overnight is recommended. 5. Spray a barbecue or grill pan with nonstick spray and grill over high heat until charred, then flip. 6. To prevent setting off your fire alarm, finish in a 350 degree oven for 5 to 10 more minutes. 7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley. (If you have it, use it. I didn't) |
