A light, flavorful, delicious salad mix. Ingredients:
1 package organic free range chicken thighs |
1 handful organic seedless green grapes |
haines safflower mayonnaise |
salt and pepper |
mixed greens |
cantaloupe |
strawberries |
brie cheese |
stacy's simply naked baked pita chips |
Directions:
1. Poach, cool and shred chicken. 2. Mix with sliced grapes, mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste. 3. Chill. 4. Serve on a bed of mixed greens with pita chips, cantaloupe slices, sliced strawberries and wedges of brie cheese. |
