Ingredients:
2 cups oats |
1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds |
2 cups milk, at room temperature |
2 cups grated granny smith apples (about 4 medium apples), sprinkled with the juice of 1/2 lemon |
scant 1/4 cup honey |
1/4 cup coarsely chopped hazelnuts |
tiny pinch of salt |
1/4 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Fresh berries and whipped cream for serving (optional) 2. Combine all ingredients in a very large bowl or basin and toss until all is evenly moistened. Cover and refrigerate overnight, then serve with fresh berries and whipped cream, if desired, or with the garnish of your choice |
