I got this from a magazine-just not sure which one. My baby girl's very favorite thing to have for breakfast. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened |
3/4 teaspoon dijon mustard |
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
4 english muffins, split |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, add butter and mustard; stir to combine. 2. Add bacon and stir to combine. 3. Toast the English muffins. 4. Spread bacon-butter mixture onto toasted muffins. |
