Hangover Shrimp

Pretty much explains itself, LOL.
Ingredients:
1 (32 ounce) can v8 vegetable juice
1 can beer
3 -6 jalapeno peppers
1 large onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients, except shrimp, in a large pot and bring to a boil.
2. Add shrimp and remove from heat.
3. Let stand about 20 minutes.
4. Drain and chill shrimp.
