Pretty much explains itself, LOL. Ingredients:
1 (32 ounce) can v8 vegetable juice |
1 can beer |
3 -6 jalapeno peppers |
1 large onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 cloves garlic, chopped |
3 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined |
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients, except shrimp, in a large pot and bring to a boil. 2. Add shrimp and remove from heat. 3. Let stand about 20 minutes. 4. Drain and chill shrimp. |
