Wow, this is making me feel so much better... good even! Delicious too. This can be made vegan by using soy milk & soy ice cream. Ingredients:
8 ice cubes |
1 cup espresso or 1 cup strong coffee |
1/3 cup milk |
1/4 cup vanilla ice cream |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/4 cup vanilla ice cream |
1 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
1. Dissolve honey in espresso. Put ice in blender and add all ingredients. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour in a tall glass. Yum. |
