Love this smoothie whenever last night was a little too much fun and I'm paying for it in the morning.
Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries, shucked and chopped
1 cup milk
1 cup frozen yogurt (vanilla or strawberry)
6 ice cubes
1 banana (optional)
Directions:
1. Toss everything in a blender and blend.
2. Drink and Enjoy!
