It's a pretty simple tomato's on toast recipe, jazzed up a little with roasted pine nuts, onion and garlic. it's wonderful for a hangover. go out, get drunk, go home, wake up and make it. Ingredients:
canned tomatos |
onion |
garlic |
bread |
pine nuts |
cheese |
Directions:
1. Fry up your onion and garlic in a frying pan, until the onion is clear. 2. add your tin of tomatoes and stir that, so that it all heats up together. 3. put on some pine nuts to roast, if you're serving two people i'd suggest a small handful. don't burn them, just cook them til they're golden brownish. 4. put on yer toast. how ever many you want. go wild! 5. once the toast is toasted, cut a couple of slices of cheese and put it on the freshly toasted bread, then ontop of that put your tomato-y garlic-y onion-y sauce. 6. then sprinkle the pine nuts on top. your head wont stop hurting, but your tummy will feel content. sit down and watch something awful, like charmed, and let your brain turn to mush. |
