From the 'Weekend' magazine. Ingredients:
30 g almonds, ground |
1 egg, beaten |
7 g comfrey, ground |
1 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. 2. Stir with your hands or a wooden spoon. 3. Refrigerate. 4. Before going to bed, smooth this mixture over your hands and fingers. 5. Pull on either a pair of cotton gloves or old leather gloves. 6. Follow this routine for 7 nights. 7. Each morning, rinse your hands and the gloves. 8. Apply a skin lotion. 9. After the nightly routine of the first week, cut back to a once-a-week schedule for a month. 10. Then, repeat this recipe only on a monthly basis. |
