Takes only a little time to serve a fabulous soup tonight! Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups chicken broth |
1/2 lb fresh crabmeat |
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs |
1/2 cup cream |
white pepper |
salt |
parsley |
Directions:
1. Heat the chicken broth; add crabmeat and simmer for 7-8 minutes. 2. Add bread crumbs to thicken soup. 3. Pour in cream, heat and season to taste. 4. Garnish with a little parsley. |
