16 ounce carton sour cream |
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup |
32 ounce package frozen hash brown potatoes |
2 cups cubed cooked ham |
8 ounces cubed american cheese |
1/4 cup chopped white onion |
2 cups crushed cornflakes |
1/2 cup butter melted |
1 cup mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl combine sour cream and soup. 2. Stir in the potatoes, ham, American cheese and onion. 3. Turn mixture into rectangular baking dish and spread out evenly. 4. Combine cornflakes and melted butter then sprinkle over potato mixture. 5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. 6. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese then return to oven and bake 25 minutes. |
