4 slices bacon, snipped |
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 tablespoons instant minced onion |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
15 green olives, pitted |
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
Directions:
1. Cook bacon and drain. Reserve 2 Tbs. drippings. 2. Mix together in saucepan; tomato sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, onion, salt and pepper. 3. Simmer 15 minutes. 4. Halve the olives. 5. Form beef into 4 patties and broil. 6. Top with sauce and bacon pieces. |
