Great casserole with hamburger, vegetables, noodles and cheese. Ingredients:
1 1/4 lb hamburger meat |
16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables |
10 1/2 oz. cream of chicken soup |
10 1/2 oz. cream of mushroom soup |
8 oz. egg noodles |
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Brown Hamburger meat and drain. 2. Cook egg noodles and strain. 3. Mix browned hamburger meat, cooked egg noodles, cream of chicken soup, and cream of mushroom soup in casserole baking pan. 4. Layer shredded cheddar cheese on top of casserole. 5. Bake at 375 for 8 - 10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted. 6. Remove and let set 5 minutes. 7. Serve and enjoy! |
