This is a great recipe from a Deli I work at. It is fun and easy to make and will be a big hit! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 small onion (chopped) |
1 package dry onion soup mix |
1 cup sour cream |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained |
1 dash garlic salt |
2 cups wide egg noodles |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef. 2. Add salt and pepper to taste and chopped onion. 3. Next, add dry onion soup mix, 1/2-1 cup water. 4. Stir in sour cream and sauce. 5. Stir in chopped mushroom. 6. Add salt, garlic salt and pepper to desired taste. 7. Simmer for about 1/2 hour. 8. Serve over 2 cups cooked and drained wide egg noodles. 9. Serves approximately 5-6. |
