Great and easy Ingredients:
1 pound hamburger meat, lean |
10 3/4 ounce cream of mushroom soup, 98% fat free |
1 medium onion |
7 ounce of mushroom pieces |
1/2 tsp. garlic salt |
1/4 tsp. pepper |
1/4 cup sour cream, lite |
Directions:
1. Cook hamburger meat along with the onions. After it has browned then add the mushrooms, garlic salt, and pepper. Then add the cream of mushroom soup and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Add sour cream during the last 10 minutes prior to serving. Serve with noodles or rice |
