This is a great meal for the family. I know my family loves it. This came from a great lil XI ZETA NU cookbook. Ingredients:
1/2 cup minced onion |
1/4 cup margarine |
1 lb hamburger |
2 tablespoons flour |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Saute onion in margarine. 2. Add meat and brown. 3. Add flour, salt, and pepper; mix well. 4. Cook for 5 minutes. 5. Add soup adn simmer 10 minutes. 6. Stir in cour cream and heat. 7. Serve on toast, rice, or noodles. |
