Serve over noodles, with garlic toast and a side salad. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 (10 ounce) can beef broth |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons paprika |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup light sour cream |
Directions:
1. Melt butter and fry ground beef, garlic and onions. 2. Add flour and stir. 3. Add beef broth, salt, paprika and pepper, stir. 4. Add sour cream just before serving, and heat up. |
