A grand name for something so easy! It tastes wonderful, too, and is usually very tender. Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground lean hamburger |
1-1/2 cups white or sweet onion, minced |
1/4 - 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced |
4 pkgs (1.61oz each) brown gravy - recommend pioneer |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375. 2. Line a 9x13 pan with foil; spray. 3. Shape hamburger and onion into 6-8 patties; place in pan. 4. Top with mushrooms and remaining onion, if any. 5. Mix gravy with 2-1/2 cups water and pour over patties. 6. Cook 45 minutes to an hour. |
