Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1/2 green pepper, chopped |
1 cup uncooked instant rice |
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce |
3/4 cup hot water |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon prepared mustard |
Directions:
1. In a skillet brown beef, onion, green pepper and rice. 2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. 3. Bring to a boil. 4. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20-25 minutes or until the rice is tender. |
