Hamburger Spaghetti for 50 |

This is good for a huge gathering of hungry people. Ingredients:
3 lbs spaghetti |
8 lbs hamburger |
8 small onions |
1 cup of the hamburger dripping |
2 teaspoons pepper |
8 (14 1/2 ounce) cans tomatoes |
1 quart buttered bread crumb |
4 tablespoons salt |
Directions:
1. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until tender; drain. 2. Brown the meat and minced onions. 3. Mix the tomatoes, salt, pepper and the cup of oil drippings together then mix it into the spaghetti, 4. add and mix in the fried hamburger and onions. 5. Spread out into baking pans. 6. Cover with buttered bread crumbs. 7. Bake at 300F for 30 minutes. |
