Hamburger Soup Ingredients:
3/4 lb. 93% fat free ground beef |
2 c. canned tomatoes |
3 c. diced carrots |
2 c. diced celery |
1 onion, diced |
1 t. salt |
1/4 t. freshly ground black pepper |
1/4 c. uncooked brown rice |
3 beef bouillon cubes |
8 c. water |
Directions:
1. Put all of the ingredients into a large pot. Add 8 c. water, bring to a boil, and stire to break up the meat.
