This is so tasty and easy to make. Just throw everything in the slow cooker and leave it all day. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
3 (10 ounce) cans condensed beef broth |
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
3 cups water |
1 cup diced carrot |
1 cup diced celery |
1 cup cubed potato |
2 teaspoons parsley |
1 teaspoon basil |
1/2 teaspoon thyme |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, cook ground beef, onions and garlic until the meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on high for 8 hours or until heated through. |
