Delicious! Ingredients:
3 slices bacon |
1 lb hamburger meat |
3 tablespoons onions, chopped |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup water |
2 potatoes, sliced |
1 large green pepper, sliced |
2 tomatoes, sliced |
3 stalks celery, sliced |
2 cups cabbage, chopped |
Directions:
1. Cut up 3 strips of bacon and fry until crisp. 2. Add 1 lb hamburger meat and 3 tbsp chopped onions and brown. 3. Add 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 tsp pepper and 1/2 cup water. 4. Add the last 5 vegetables in layers. 5. Cover and cook over high heat for 1 minute. 6. Reduce heat and cook slowly for 15 minutes more. |
