This is a fantastic alternative to a hamburger
Ingredients:
1 cup lettuce
1/4 cup tomato, diced
1/8 cup pickles, diced
1/4 lb lean hamburger
1 servings cheddar cheese
1 tbs vinegar
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs mustard
Directions:
1. I use the George Foreman Grill to cook the burger.
2. Pile lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, and anything else you want on your burger on your plate.
3. mix vinegar, olive oil, and mustard for a dressing.
4. Crumble your burger on top, and drizzle with dressing.
