Ingredients:
1 pound(s) ground beef |
1 chopped onion |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon(s) worchestershire sauce |
2 cup(s) grated cheese |
1/4 tablespoon(s) pepper |
2 cup(s) milk |
2 unbaked pie shells |
Directions:
1. preheat oven 425 2. saute bef and onion until onion is soft:blend in flour, salt and pepper. blend milk, eggs and worchester sauce. add 1 cup cheese. combine with beef mixture. 3. pour into pie shells: sprinkle with rest of cheese. 4. bake at 425 for 20 or 25 minutes or until set. let stand 10 minutes before cutting into wedges |
