Casserole Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger |
1 onion |
2 lbs sliced potatos |
2 cups dry noodles |
2 cans cream of mushroom soup |
8 oz water |
Directions:
1. Cook and crumble lean hamburger into bottom of large rectangle glass baking dish. 2. Chop one onion and layer over hamburger. 3. Peel and slice potatoes and layer over onion. 4. Layer noodles over the top of potatoes. 5. Mix 1 cup water with 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, stir until creamy. Pour in pan. 6. Cover with foil. 7. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour or more, until potatoes are fork tender. Remove foil for the last 10 -15 mins. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 mins before cutting. |
