A yummy casserole that uses Philadelphia cooking creme, ground beef, potatoes and cheese. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1/3 cup chopped onion |
2 cups thinly sliced potatoes |
1 (10 ounce) container savory, garlic philadelphia cooking creme |
1 1/4 cups milk |
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook ground beef in a large skillet with onions over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned. Drain. 2. Pour milk, cooking creme and salt & pepper into casserole dish and mix well. Add ground beef and potatoes and stir until combined. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on the thickness of your potatoes. |
