Ingredients:
1 pound(s) ground beef or turkey |
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise |
3/4 cup(s) whole milk |
3 eggs |
2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch |
1 1/2 cup(s) grated cheese |
1/3 cup(s) onion chopped |
2 unbaked pie crusts |
Directions:
1. Brown ground meat in heavy skillet. Drain, set aside. Mix mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth and well blended. In a bowl combine ground meat, bater mixture, onion and cheese. Mix well. Pour into pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Suitable for freezing. Yields 2 pies. |
