I was looking for an easy hamburger recipe & didn't have all the ingredients for the ones on the site so I threw this together & it turned out awesome! I hope you enjoy... Ingredients:
2 pilsbury pie crusts |
1 cup hamburger |
1 onion, diced |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
1 bell pepper (orange or red) |
1/2 head broccoli |
1/4 cup chicken broth |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
11 ounces lipton beef and onion soup mix |
10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup |
4 ounces sliced mushrooms, can |
1/4 cup chicken broth |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon smoked paprika |
1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 375. 2. Pre-cook bottom pie crust in pie pan for about 10 minutes. 3. Brown hamburger, add onion, garlic & beefy onion and cook until onion is transparent. 4. Add soup, parmesan, broth & spices and cook for a few more minutes. 5. Add bell pepper & broccoli. 6. Top pie with 2nd crust & place foil or pie shield around edges. 7. Bake for about 25 minutes 8. Serve & enjoy. |
