Kind of like a hamburger pot pie... but not Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls |
1 lb ground beef |
1/2 cup onion |
1 (15 ounce) can peas |
1 (15 ounce) can corn |
3/4 cup cheese, i prefer cheddar, but you can use any type |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Cook and crumble ground beef. 3. While beef is cooking, spray a pie plate with non-stick cooking spray. Line the bottom with crescent rolls. Set some aside to also top the pie. 4. Once ground beef is cooked, add the onion to soften it a bit. Then add the drained peas and corn. Mix well. Put in the pie plate on top of the crescent rolls. Add Cheese. Top with remaining crescent rolls. 5. Bake for 20 minutes until the crescent roll top is brown and pretty. |
