Hamburger Patties With Mushroom Cream Sauce |

This is a great party dish . Serve it with some salad or with hamburger bun . Ingredients:
patties |
300 g minced beef |
100 g onions , chopped |
50 g breadcrumbs |
pinch of salt and fine sugar |
2 tsp white pepper powder |
1 1/2 eggs |
5 tbsp olive oil |
sauce |
300 g fresh mushrooms , remove the stalks and slice the caps |
2 onions sliced |
3 tbsp olive oil |
1 tsp worcestershire sauce |
1 tbsp tomato puree |
1/2 c fresh cream |
pinch of salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix the patties ing.
2. Shape into patties and shallow fry on both sides .
3. For the sauce , Heat the oil and fry the onions till limp .
4. Add the mushrooms .
5. Add everythingelse .
6. Serve on top of the patties along with some boiled vegetables or salad .
