This recipe has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember. My grandma came up with it years ago, and we have been eating it ever since. I think that if you warm up the cream of chicken and vegetable soup together before cooking, you will get good results. Hope you enjoy this awesome family tradition. Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger |
5 medium potatoes |
1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 medium onion |
1 (8 ounce) can vegetable soup |
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger and onion. 2. Peel and slice potatoes thinly. 3. Add 2/3 cup water to soups and mix together. 4. Combine all ingredients in 9 by 13 inch baking pan. 5. Bake at 350 degreesfor 1 hour. |
