1/2 pound ground beef |
1 can (11-1/2 ounces) condensed chicken with rice soup, undiluted |
1-1/3 cups water |
1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add soup, water and rice; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Yield: 3 servings. |
