This is a dish my grandmother would make on a cold fall day! It always filled us up! Serve with green beans! Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef |
1 large onion, chopped |
1 pound potatoes, cubed |
2 tbsp beef bouillon |
water to cover |
Directions:
1. brown beef and onion in a large saucepan until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Add potatoes, bouillon and water to cover. 2. Cover saucepan, lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and water has completely evaportated. |
