A good hot meal that will be good in your tummy. My mom cooked it all the time when I was a kid. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
salt and pepper |
3 medium potatoes, diced |
2 (18 5/8 ounce) cans campbell's ready to serve minestrone soup (or vegetable) |
Directions:
1. Brown the ground beef. 2. Season with salt and pepper to taste; drain. 3. Add diced potatoes and soup; stir. 4. Cook on medium heat until potatoes are fully cooked. 5. Stir frequently. |
