This is good served over potatoes or biscuits. Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger |
1/4 cup diced onion |
1/2 cup velveeta cheese (cubed) |
2 tablespoons flour |
1/2 cup water |
1 quart milk |
Directions:
1. Saute meat and onion, drain excess fat. 2. Add milk and cheese and heat to boiling.Mix flour and water for thickening and add to gravy. 3. Simmer 4-5 minutes. |
